米倉千尋 25周年記念"ALL TIME BEST"アルバム! デビュー曲「嵐の中で輝いて」は、2018年5月にNHKBSプレミアムで行われた"全ガンダム大投票・ガンダムソング部門"において、全ガンダムソング中、第5位の得票を獲得したほか、「仙界伝 封神演義」主題歌「WILL」など、数々のアニメタイアップ楽曲を中心に、現在PCゲーム系主題歌や、配信でリリースされた楽曲など、デビューから現在までの米倉千尋の軌跡を辿ることが出来るベストアルバム。リリースされたシングル30タイトル表題曲を完全収録。また、奥井雅美とコラボレーションした「r.o.r/s」の楽曲も収録し、ALL TIME BESTにふさわしい収録内容。さらに、ブックレットには、「機動武闘伝Gガンダム」の主題歌を担当し、米倉千尋の楽曲に数多く楽曲を提供した鵜島仁文との対談を収録予定。
