I love the anime, and love the background music. This has the funny track which appears whenever Momiji-kun appears, and the soft anime instrumental theme. Unfortunately it doesnt' have the anime theme played when Hitori was sleeping on the couch. Listen to the background, it's the basic theme song, but sounds like there's also a HARP playing in the background. But all in all, a VERY satisfactory and WORTHY purchase for me.
