Blu-ray Volume 1 is now on sale. The director and series composition are handled by Toshinori Fukushima, who previously served as director on "Dad Is a Hero, Mom Is a Spirit, I'm a Reincarnator" and "Skate-Leading Stars." Animation production is handled by HORNETS, known for co-producing "7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy!" and "Somali and the Forest Spirit." Hajime Shinonome spent his childhood in the slums and fought desperately to become stronger just to survive. Now, as the resident adventurer of Komai Village, he lives a relaxed and carefree life. One day, while exploring a dungeon on a quest, he finds a girl who is about to be eaten by the weakest monster of all, a slime. Her name is Rirui. She had entered the dungeon alone in order to survive. Abandoned by her parents with nowhere to go, Rirui is someone Hajime cannot simply leave behind, so he brings her back to the village and ends up living with her. A clumsy but caring single adventurer and a straightforward, bright, and innocent girl set off on a chaotic adventure fantasy filled with laughs and, sometimes, a few tears. Episodes 1 to 4 included.
