Set in the virtual city of "Kamitsubaki City," the story follows a quest to uncover its hidden secrets and restore order and peace to the town. Produced by SMDE, the anime is supervised by Souki Tsukishima, directed by Kodai Kakimoto ("Katana Maidens," "BanG Dream!" series), with character designs by illustrator PALOW. The five "Witchling" girls are voiced by members of the KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO virtual artist group "V.W.P." Additional voice talents include renowned actors such as Ayane Sakura, Miyu Tomita, Yohei Azakami, Shuichiro Umeda, Mai Todo, and Shizuka Ito, adding even more depth to the story.

DVD第3巻発売。仮想都市「神椿市」の隠された謎を探り、街の秩序と平穏を取り戻す物語。アニメーション制作は『ハイスコアガール』『死神坊ちゃんと黒メイド』等のCGを手掛けたSMDEが担当。ゲーム『神椿市建設中。REGENERATE』の世界観設定・シナリオを担当している月島総記 (『ファイナルファンタジー アギト』『INGRESS THE ANIMATION』『BATTLE OF TOKYO』)が監修として加わっており、監督を柿本広大 (『刀使ノ巫女』『BanG Dream! シリーズ』)、キャラクターデザインを、花譜・理芽をはじめKAMITSUBAKI STUDIO関連アーティストのデザイン・ビジュアルを多数手掛けるイラストレーター・PALOW.がそれぞれ担当する。声優陣には、5人の『魔女の娘』をKAMITSUBAKI STUDIO所属のバーチャルアーティストグループ「V.W.P」のメンバーが担当。佐倉綾音、富田美憂、阿座上洋平、梅田修一朗、藤堂真衣、伊藤静といった実力派声優陣が物語をさらに盛り上げていく。――歌は、魔法――世界も運命も変えられる。 7年前に発生した大災害で、人類文明が壊滅的打撃を受けた世界。先端科学の研究学園都市であった神椿市は、それらの技術を駆使することで、奇跡的な復興を遂げつつあった。しかし、繁栄の裏では、人の悪意と欲望から生まれる怪物『テセラクター』が街に怪異を引き起こしていた。悪意から生まれる怪物に抗えるのは、「魔女の娘」と呼ばれる五人の少女たちの歌声だけ。彼女たちは街の平穏を守るべく、魔法の歌声を武器にテセラクターに挑む。壊れた世界に残された街で、運命にあらがう少女たちの物語が始まる! 第9話～第12話を収録。特典映像には、CM集を収録。
