DVD第2巻。原作は類稀なるSFセンスとビジュアルにクリエイター支持が高いカサハラテツローがIKKIに連載していた同名秀作コミック。「パプリカ」「時をかける少女」と高品質な作品を送り出すMADHOUSEが劇場・OVAスタッフをメインスタッフにして挑むCGアクション作品。スタジオジブリで「千と千尋の神かくし」で監督助手をつとめた高橋敦史、初監督シリーズ。映像はおでんくん(監督)、図書館戦争OPを手がけた加藤道哉によるハイヴィジュアルムービー。――舞台はGGPと呼ばれる国連に変わる新秩序体制に支配されつつある未来の日本。天才バレエダンサーを母にもつ尾形琳はケガによりバレエの道を諦めたばかり・・・気持ちを入れ替え新しい大学生活が始まるハズだった。そんな彼女の前に現れたのは人を模した乗用脚式自動車両、ライドバックだった。第3話と第4話を収録。
