The cover is a parody of the beginning of Yoshiharu Tsuge's masterpiece "Nejishiki. The liner was written by Hori Eisho, a member of the band, for the paper jacket reissue, finally revealing the biggest mystery in the history of the self-produced album, which was shrouded in mystery. Due to the whereabouts of the master tape being unknown, this is a reissue of the LP version.

Music From Templeは1983年にコジマ録音から自主製作盤としてリリースされた。ブリティッシュ・フォークを下敷きにした美しいメロディー、アシッド・フォーク~プログレと変化に富んでいながらも、どこか懐かしく聴きやすいサウンドが特徴的。また、ジャケットはつげ義春の代表作『ねじ式』の冒頭のパロディ。今回紙ジャケ復刻化にあたり、ライナーはメンバーの阿英紹(ほとりえいしょう)氏が書下ろし、その謎に包まれた自主制作盤史上最大の謎が遂に解き明かされる。※マスターテープ所在不明の為、LP盤起こしとなります。
