DVD第3巻。――かつて、とても近いがここではないどこか。幾つかの星々が混在し、人とカミとの境界が未だ曖昧だった頃――これは、ある一家を巡る愛と再生の物語である。京都であって、京都ではない、カガミの都、鏡都。そこでは人もモノノケも仲良く暮らし、人は死なず、全てのものは絵から生まれ、壊れたものもいつのまにか元通りになる不思議な都。その都を統べるのは、三人議会とよばれる、鞍馬・八瀬・明恵。彼らは、親である明恵上人と古都の手により生み出された都の平安を守りながら、いなくなった両親との再会を願い続けている。そんな永遠に平穏が続く日常へ、ある日時空の狭間から黒い兎を追いかけて、一人の少女が落ちてきた。赤い目をした彼女の名はコト。巨大化するアラタマを抱え、式神阿・吽を引き連れてやってきた彼女が、止まっていた都の空気を大きく震動させてゆく! #05を収録。
