But that peace did not last forever. -- Yura, a shrine maiden who offers prayers to the water dragon that has fallen into a long slumber, learns that there are those who plot to awaken the water dragon and invade the surface. Having received a request from Elmesia, Rimuru and the others head to the Kingdom of Kaien to save Yura, but a certain conspiracy is already swirling on the seabed...
