Directed by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, and written by Toshizo Nemoto. A special booklet (16 pages) is included. Sleeve case packaging, newly drawn by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko.

6月3日に公開された『機動戦士ガンダム ククルス・ドアンの島』のDVDが発売! 1979年TV放送がスタートし、1981年に劇場版三部作が上映され、社会現象を巻き起こしたロボットアニメの金字塔、『機動戦士ガンダム』が40年の時を超え、劇場アニメーション化! 監督は『機動戦士ガンダム』にてアニメーションディレクター・キャラクターデザイン・作画監督を務める他、近年では『機動戦士ガンダム THE ORIGIN』で総監督を務めた安彦良和! 脚本には『スーパーカブ』、「ログ・ホライズン シリーズ」で知られる根元歳三、キャラクターデザインには安彦良和をはじめ、『機動戦士ガンダム THE ORIGIN』では作画監督を、『天気の子』でキャラクターデザイン・作画監督を務めた田村篤、同じく『機動戦士ガンダム THE ORIGIN』でキャラクターデザイン・作画監督を務めたことぶきつかさも参加するなど強力なスタッフが多数参加し、ハイクオリティな『機動戦士ガンダム』を制作!
