九州地方を拠点に活動するマスメタルバンド"ASTERISM (アステリズム)"。昨年12月に発表したDigital EP『GUERNICA』に新曲4曲を追加し、リマスタリングを行った全10曲からなる2ndアルバム『GUERNICA+a』をリリース!! 今作はスペイン画家 パブロ・ピカソが1937年に描いた"ゲルニカ"をコンセプトに制作。メンバーそれぞれの音楽ルーツであるハード・ロック/ヘヴィ・メタルを残しつつ、前作では見られなかったバンド楽器以外のポスト・プロダクションに創意工夫を凝らしたバラエティに富んだ楽曲に仕上がっている。3者それぞれが持つテクニカルな演奏力とリズムセンス、さらにメロディアスなコード進行が織りなすフルサイズアルバムが完成!! 紙ジャケット仕様。
