From the audition program "GIRLS BATTLE AUDITION," produced by Harumi Sato, YUNA, HINATA, TOA, YURARA, MYU.S, MYU.Y, MOMO, KOHARU, NIKORI, and MANON debuted as "CIRRA (pronounced: Seera)" on 3/18. This release contains three songs that match a summer release. It contains three songs in total: "Water," a dance-pop song filled with catchy melodies and a J-POP feel; "still in blue," a mid-tempo ballad with an emotional vocal performance where listeners can feel the moving melody line, the members' fresh voices, and their characters; and "We're all together," a cool dance-pop song that presents a new appeal of CIRRA with a fast-paced 80s synth-pop-style sound.

TVオーディション番組『ガルバト』で誕生した"CIRRA"の2nd EP!! 佐藤晴美がプロデューサーを務めた、オーディション番組『ガルバト -GIRLS BATTLE AUDITION-』からYUNA、HINATA、TOA、YURARA、MYU.S、MYU.Y、MOMO、KOHARU、NIKORI、MANONが「CIRRA (読み: シーラ)」として3/18にデビュー。今作は夏のリリースにマッチした3曲を収録。キャッチ―なメロディとJ-POPらしさが溢れるダンスポップ「Water」、感情を揺さぶるメロディライン、メンバーの初々しい声質とキャラクターが味わえるエモーショナルなボーカルのミッドテンポのバラード「still in blue」、80sシンセポップ的な疾走感あるサウンドで新たなCIRRAの魅力を提示するクールなダンスポップ「We're all togehter」の全3曲。
