Main Concert:
Disc 1 features "MILESixTONES 2026.03.26 YOKOHAMA ARENA," capturing the March 26, 2026 Yokohama Arena performance.

• Limited Edition Blu-ray / DVD:
  In addition to the main concert on Disc 1, the Limited Edition includes MC highlights from every stop of the arena tour, from the first day at Marine Messe Fukuoka Hall A through the tour finale at Okinawa Suntory Arena. It also includes all eight commercials shown at the venues before the performances and the complete "Sutonui Onayami Sodanshitsu" segment. Comes in a memorial biggeST photobook format measuring approximately 31.5 x 31.5 cm. The Blu-ray edition contains three discs, while the DVD edition contains four discs.
• Regular Edition Blu-ray / DVD:
  In addition to the main concert on Disc 1, the Regular Edition includes four venue-specific songs performed at the Aichi, Kagawa, Hokkaido, and Okinawa shows: "Cinderella Christmas," "Flower Cloud," "Ashita no Kioku," and "Shimanchu nu Takara." It also includes the 125-minute "Documentary of MILESixTONES," which follows SixTONES from tour meetings and the dress rehearsal through the arena tour. Comes with a 20-page booklet. The Blu-ray edition contains two discs, while the DVD edition contains three discs.

The DVD and Blu-ray editions contain the same content for their corresponding Limited and Regular Editions.
