2021年3月10日に発売され、オリコンでは"ソロアーティスト史上初"3週連続デジタル2部門同時1位を獲得、ビルボード JAPAN HOT100でも約10年ぶりの1位を獲得、また海外でも33ヶ国/地域の配信サービスでランクインし自己記録を更新するなど、大ヒットとなった宇多田ヒカルの「One Last Kiss」(映画『シン・エヴァンゲリオン劇場版』テーマソング)。完全生産限定のLP盤(日本盤)は、今年最も国内で売れたアナログ盤となっている。海外からも「One Last Kiss」LP盤の発売を熱望する声が多数寄せられ、ついにアメリカのレーベル【Milan Records】よりアメリカとヨーロッパ各国で発売されることが決定。このUS/EU輸入盤LPのジャケットは国内盤とは異なりアスカがフィーチャーされたデザインとなっている(国内盤はレイをフィーチャー)。収録楽曲は国内盤と同様ではあるが、アナログ盤自体がそれぞれ異なるカラーヴァイナル仕様となっており(US盤: 透明/EU盤: ブルー)、さらに歌詞カードには宇多田ヒカル本人による英訳歌詞も掲載されるなど、コレクターアイテムとして必携の一枚となっている。
