中川翔子の貪欲2nd Album! 今年8月から3ヶ月連続でリリースしたヒットシングルを含む12曲予定。しょこ☆ロックからしょこ☆ポップまで幅広い曲調の楽曲を収録。タイトルの「Magic Time」とは、夕陽が落ちる時の空が青く染まる時間 (約12分と言われている)の事で、一日で一番綺麗な時間。この時間は女性が最も美しくなれる時間と言われており「綺麗ア・ラ・モード」のレコーディング時に松本隆より「女性が恋をする瞬間、女性は綺麗になり強くなれるんだよ：とアドバイスをもらった中川翔子自身がこのアルバムタイトルを名付ける。このアルバムを聴いている間、マジックをかけられた様な楽しい・心地良い時間になればという意味も込められている。 DVDには、新曲「冬の遊園地」ミュージックフィルムと、2008年を駆け抜けた中川翔子の映像素材を使ったヒストリカルPV収録。
