The annual anniversary concert "LOVE IS BORN" is a special night celebrating both Ai Otsuka's birthday (September 9) and debut anniversary (September 10). The 2025 show was held at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall on September 7, 2025, and tickets sold out instantly upon release, including standing areas. This release features the live footage from the increasingly rare and sought-after premium concert "LOVE IS BORN 22th Anniversary 2025-". It also includes, as bonus footage, Ai Otsuka's performance part from "U-NEXT MUSIC FES Ikimonogakari meets Ai Otsuka" held on Friday, August 15 at EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
