I've loved the anime series Eureka seveN, and part of it was thanks to the music. Naoki Sato created some really great tunes that are hard to forget. This OST contains 2 CD full of music, and both CDs are great, with not only Naoki Sato's work, but also tracks from NEW DEAL, Hiroshi Watanabe a.k.a. Quadra, RYUKYUDISKO and others that are just as good. Also the booklet is fantastic, full of informations and big, which is always a plus.

Over 90 minutes of music from Eureka Seven. It is an exquisite, fearless mix of spaced out psychedelic rock(Supercar's Storyteller), mind blowing hard and ambient techno(Kagami's tiger track; Quadra's Get It By Your Hands), and beautiful, Hans Zimmer-like orchestral themes(everything in the between, highlight being track 23, 'Nirvash Type Zero') that left quite an impression. I'd say Eureka Seven has the best use of orchestral music since Escaflowne. Some of the one minute long comical tunes(such as tracks 14-16) on the first disc felt like filler, though.
