Gekido/Just break the limit! does just that-it breaks the limit on how well UVERworld can create music. This single includes the 4th opening for the anime of D.Gray-man, Gekido. UVERworld had been known for doing theme songs for other anime-D-techno-life for Bleach-but Gekido surpasses all other works. It is difficult to classify what kind of music this is, and one would say that it is rock, but there is so much more to it than driving guitar riffs. takuya makes it interesting at all seconds of the song.

I loved D.Gray-man, and the music is no exceptiion. I think Gekkido was my favorite out of all the themes chosen for the show. What's so funny about it is at first, I hated the song because of the odd combination of the melody with the rhythm chosen for the vocals, but after hearing it a few times, I could pick up on more things from it, and heard that it is a beatifully done song. A must-have!
UVERworld rapidly became one of my favorite artists. They also had a lovely song that was the first OP to the great anime series Terra E... That one, and this song, were among their songs that I most looked forward to having the CD for, to be able to listen to the full versions.
