手塚生誕90周年&冨田生誕85周年&ミク生誕10周年特別企画。偉大なるふたりの先人たちの世界を、初音ミクら歌声合成ソフトの歌と語りで若き世代に向けてナビゲートするアルバム。手塚プロダクションならびに初音ミクを生み出したクリプトン・フューチャー・メディアが全面協力。初音ミクが全編に渡って語り手として演技をし、音源化されるのは、史上初の試み。サウンドプロデュースは、自身手塚のアニメ映画『ユニコ』の音楽を手がけたジャズ界の大御所、ピアニストの佐藤允彦が担当。楽曲のバックトラックやミクのトーク部分のバックを手掛ける。ストーリー構成は、TVアニメ「リボンの騎士」のメイン脚本家であったミステリー作家の辻真先氏が担当。当時のエピソードなどを織り交ぜながら、冨田勲と手塚治虫の偉大な功績を振り返る。ジャケットは手塚プロダクション&クリプトン社が新規にオリジナル描き下ろし予定。
