70年代黄金期のゴングを支えたシンセサイザー奏者、ティム・ブレイクがフランスのエッグよりリリースしたソロ・アルバム(77年)。ゴング在籍中から、レーザー光線技師のパトリス・ウォーレナーと組み、クリスタル・マシーンと名付けたプロジェクトとして行っていたマルチメディア・ショーをアルバムとしてまとめた1枚。高音質『Blu-spec CD』採用。フランス盤オリジナルLPを元にした紙ジャケット仕様。日本初CD化。2017年24ビット・リマスタリング。
