this was a decent live recording from 1980 where the damned where still touring the machine gun album heavily but also where ( and still are 40 years on) playing the classics from the first album, they always sound great live!!!!!! this is a really nice japan mini lp sleeve replicating the original japan lp.............

セックス・ピストルズ、ザ・クラッシュと並び称されるUKパンク・バンド、ダムド。1976年のパンク誕生の年に活動を開始した彼らが1982年にリリースした初ライヴ・アルバム『ライヴ・シェパートン1980』が、オリジナル日本盤LPの装丁を世界初再現した紙ジャケットで登場! 世界的には82年に発表されたこのライヴ・アルバム。SMSレコードより85年に初めてリリースされた日本盤は、現在では入手困難なアイテムとなっている。1980年にファンクラブ会員向けに行なわれたスタジオ・ライヴであり、デビュー作『地獄に堕ちた野郎ども』収録の「ニート・ニート・ニート」、「ニュー・ローズ」といった名曲や、ザ・ビートルズのカヴァー「ヘルプ!」のLIVE音源を収録するなど、貴重な音源をコンパイルした逸品。K2HD HQCD。
