Are You Happy???!! ウエンツ瑛士・中尾明慶主演、アナーキーでクレイジーな痛快青春映画がDVDで発売!! 西暦20XX年、マグニチュード10の大地震により無法地帯となった東京を舞台に、大人たちに翻弄され、抗い、成長する高校生を描く。監督は『19』の渡辺一志。――映画好きのフルタとロック好きのニッタは、巨大ロックライブが開かれると聞きつけ、新東京都にやってくる。そんな彼らは、型破りな撮影方法で映画を製作する映画屋たちと遭遇。彼らを手伝ううちに、フルタはめきめきと頭角を現し、映画監督を目指し脚本を書きはじめる。そのタイトルは東京を守るヒーロー『キャプテントキオ』。東京都のPR映画を製作し、本土から観光客を呼ぼうと画策していた都知事はそれを知り、自分を主役に映画を撮るようフルタに要請する。チャンスとばかりに監督をひきうけるフルタだったが・・・。
