This is my favorite solo release from McCartney. It is not just that it is full of popular song, because it is one hit after another. My reason is Paul's voice. It's young, it's full of emotion, he sounds beautiful. This release is well produced. The sound is rich and shows good dynamic range from bass guitar to vocals. Highly recommended.
