Production I.G×BMG JAPAN 20周年記念OVA作品。 アニメーション制作の世界的ブランドであるプロダクションI.Gと、有数の音源を保有する音楽メーカーBMG JAPANが20周年を記念し、コラボレーションによる新たなチャレンジによって生まれたオリジナル・アニメーション作品。本作は同一のラブストーリーを同じ時間軸の中で、男女2つの視点から描写した手法。『すれ違うふたりの想いと時間を、お互いの視点で描くダブルサイド・ピュアラブストーリー』。近未来の東京に、新たなランドマークとなる超高層タワーが出来、新タワーと東京タワーを景勝する架空の街を背景に展開する独特な世界観をもった作品。主題歌は両楽曲からインスパイアを受け、作品のストーリーライン&設定となった、SEAMOとスキマスイッチの大ヒット曲「マタアイマショウ」と「全力少年」を起用。 チズル (水樹奈々)と悠大 (櫻井孝宏)、ふたりが過ごすふたりの時間。同じ時間を見つめていても、違って見える。互いの心情表現をデュアル形式で描く。DVD何れか1巻のみでも完結するが、双方を見ることで、より一層理解できる仕組みとなっている。 こちらは、優しいけど少し臆病な男の子、悠大の視点で展開する「全力少年」。スキマスイッチの名曲「全力少年」が心地良く響く、悠大の勇気溢れるラブ・ストーリー。主題歌: 「全力少年/スキマスイッチ」
