Sexy Zoneデビュー12年目にして初のドームツアー「セクシーゾーン ドームツアー2022 ザ・ハイライト」の映像作品。2022年12月、Sexy Zoneの念願だったこのドームツアーは全4公演 (12/16, 17東京ドーム、12/24, 25京セラドーム大阪)がおこなわれ、トータル約20万人を動員。今作は東京ドーム公演の模様を中心に収録。初のドームに立ったSexy Zoneメンバーの"熱"と、声出しが解禁されたファンの"熱"が余すところなく収録された作品となっている。初のドームツアーということで、過去のシングル曲をメドレーで歌唱する"ザ・ベスト"的な演出に加え、2022年夏におこなった「セクシーゾーン ライブツアー2022 ザ・アリーナ」の演出も踏襲、またSexy Zoneの歴史を振り返るメンバーインタビューやクイズの映像などもある充実した内容。通常盤 (Disc2枚組)はDisc1がドームツアー、Disc2には「セクシーゾーン ライブツアー2022 ザ・アリーナ」の準備段階から「セクシーゾーン ドームツアー2022 ザ・ハイライト」の舞台裏まで2022年を通してSexy ZoneがLIVEに懸けてきた約10か月のドキュメンタリー映像を収録。
