笹川美和、2018年デビュー15周年記念ベストアルバム。タイトル「豊穣 -BEST '03～'18-」新潟で十五夜の名月の秋に豊作・五穀豊穣を祈るおまつりから由来。これまでの歩みと生み出された実りのある曲を感謝を込めて届ける作品。 本作は、西田大輔による新作で俳優の安西慎太郎が主演を務め、元プロ野球選手で野球解説・評論・指導者の桑田真澄が野球監修に就任している舞台『野球』飛行機雲のホームランテーマソング「蝉時雨」ほか「高鳴り」「真実の雫」新曲3曲と「笑」「金木犀」「今日」など、笹川美和のこれまでの軌跡の楽曲で構成された全13曲。 DVDには、安藤裕子、池田綾子、冨田恵一、村上ゆき、、そして城南海とスペシャルゲスト達が参加した"笹川美和 Concert 2018 ～新しい世界～日本橋三井ホール"のライブ映像を収録。またジャケットのアートワークは、アルバムタイトルの『豊穣』に込めた思いを笹川美和自らが刺繍し、表情豊かに仕上げた。 初回限定盤はDVD付き。オリジナル紙ジャケット仕様。
