COSMIC EXPLORER [2CD+Blu-ray / Limited Edition / Type A]

Perfume has done it again! I'm surprise with the packaging of the limited edition Type A. It's quite amazing! I love how it included the plastic slips for the CDs for extra care. Oh how I love the rest of the stuff that was included, especially the special photos. The art is wonderful! As for the music, I love it! The first track really prepares you for the next one and when it plays the second track, it really pumps you up!Afterwards, it's just out of this world! Perfume's latest album Cosmic Explorer has tracks that's already heard before but with the album versions of the tracks, it gives you a different feeling. While some many not like it at first, if you give the album-mixes a chance, you'll eventually find them as good as any other Perfume song. My favorite tracks in the album are Cosmic Explorer, Miracle Worker, Flash (both single and album versions), and Baby Face. Overall though, the whole track list has a nice touch and I can't really complain much besides the tracks we've already heard but still I can't get enough of them anyways! Perfume has outdone themselves time and time again and again for this latest album release. The special blu-ray disc is a real treat that contains the awesome yet simple visualizing experience music video of Flash, a perky yet heartwarming lyrical video of Hold Your Hand, an exotic wild performance of Cling Cling, and finally how they managed to put a magnificent visual experience of Pick Me Up at the 2015 Kohaku Uta Gassen! If you're a fan of Perfume, this is something you should pick up anyhow!

After Perfumes pre-album singles (Sweet Refrain, Cling Cling, RitC/ PMU, Star Train) and songs we already heard such as FLASH and Next Stage with YOU I was a little bit worried what this album will be like. But instead of some LEVEL 3 ones I really do like every remix Nakata made for Cosmic Explorer (I was really dissapointed Spending All My Time - Album-Mix was pretty much different than the WT2 one and the downgrade of Magic of Love) For me every new album song is perfect and very good placed! NSwY really surprised me. I thought it will be another Perfume-style song we already got. But since the intro of the song I was really in love! STORY is really cool! Finally we got that great song it is fun to dance to! And of course the album title song Cosmic Explorer is really great and fun when you taking a stroll or be at work! It reminds me to 80s style I really like in Perfumes discography! If you maybe didn't like Their recent singles just give the album a chance it hasn't the boring "I already know" feeling like JPN and I even like Cosmic Explorer more than LEVEL 3... A bit!

CD arrived at April 05, thank you CDJapan. New songs such as Cosmic Explorer, Miracle Worker and Next Stage with YOU are very catchy. STORY, no doubt, is the coolest song in this album.
