Surrender of Silence is one of the best records of Steve Hackett.It shoul have place in your collection. This music is amazing.

The original box set has been out of print and years ago I bought the digital version. Once in a while I would check availability on eBay but never decided to purchase an available copy. Very happy to now have a physical copy especially in SHM-SACD. The sound is fantastic. Got it a great price through CD Japan. Highly recommended.

After Clapton's Cream period, he continued with drummer Ginger Baker and Steve Winwood in Blind Faith. Clapton's guitar playing is divine, and listen especially to Baker's drum solo on the final track – superb.

The Cream consisted of Clapton, Baker, and Bruce. Live, the band was unparalleled. Listen to Clapton's solos and how they complemented each other flawlessly.

This album is like listening to an old T-SQUARE album but made in 2025. And the new members are worth to be the new generation of T-SQUARE!

Thirty songs spanning the career of a famous singer. Engineering is excellent. There are many more great songs and lyrics on the individual albums. Recommended.

My first experience with Eine Alpensinfonie. Very engaging and loud. The way I enjoy classical music most. Excellent sound engineering using the original masters from 1980. Recommended

A fine performance of an energetic symphony. Sounds exceptional to my ears with a very wide dynamic range. Super silent passages bring lively crescendos. Kudos to sound engineers. Recommended

I'm loving these Billy Joel 7-inch SACD releases from Japan, I own them all and Streetlife Serenade is the latest one to be released. For me, the main appeal of these releases has been the 5.1 surround sound mixes. Now, we don't get 5.1 here, but we do get a 4 ch. quadrophonic mix of the album, which I'm happy with. Plus, we're getting some live performances from this era on CD for the first time, so that's just one more reason to pick this up. And the packaging... I really wish all CDs released in Japan came in this 7-inch packaging, I love it! The quality is so good, plus this edition is loaded with lots of extras that longtime Billy Joel fans like myself will really appreciate. When was the last time you bought a CD and spent a lot of time looking over the inserts, well, you will with this release. It's great to see an underrated album like this given such a stunning and high-quality release. I hope Sony continues to release more Billy Joel albums like this... just don't forget the 5.1 mixes next time!

Beutiful packaging with bunch of extras, Santana's top album, 7'' edition with glorious cover to enjoy in fullness

This is one of my favorite everything came together quite well singing and music was all superbly done. Highly recommended.

The sound of these SACDs reproduces the content of the original tapes almost unaltered and in full. The gain in depth, spatiality, and undistorted reproduction of both high and low frequency ranges, however, also results in a slight tape noise in the background, which is not disturbing. I find it to be a successful remastering that consistently transfers the full potential of the original tapes onto the SACD without altering the sound through excessive and unnecessary post-processing.

Super album and I have listened to it a lot. I took the SACD. It has very good sound and I recommend to others as well.

Beutifuly recorded release, plenty of reverbs, space and attention to details. Vibtaphone and rhythmic section sounds so natural. Highly recommended and greatly done.
