YOASOBI brings the opening theme song for the TV animation "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" in CD format! The song is produced based on the novel "Sousou," which was written under the supervision of the original author, Kanehito Yamada. Includes a CD with 4 songs: "Yuusha," "The Brave (English ver.)," "Yuusha - Anime Edit -," and "Yuusha - Instrumental -." This edition comes in a luxurious antique-style treasure box. Inside the treasure box is a booklet with a cover illustration of Frieren and Himmel, drawn especially for this release by Tsukasa Abe. The box also comes with a grimoire-style digipak, and the original novel "Sousou," which was written for the production of "Yuusha" and used as the basis for the music, supervised by the original author, Kanehito Yamada.

TVアニメ『葬送のフリーレン』オープニングテーマをCDリリース! 原作者・山田鐘人監修による楽曲用原作小説『奏送』をもとに制作を行い、『葬送のフリーレン』で描かれるどこか寂しい空気感や、主人公フリーレンの変化する心の動きを表現した、エスニックな雰囲気を持つミドルチューンとなっている。現在配信中の表題曲「勇者」に加え、英語版となる「The Brave」、「勇者 - Anime Edit -」、「勇者 - Instrumental -」の計4曲が収録。完全生産限定盤の本作は、アンティーク調の豪華宝箱仕様となっている。宝箱の中には、『葬送のフリーレン』原作の作画を担当するアベツカサ先生が、このために描き下ろしたフリーレンとヒンメルのイラストが表紙のブックレット、魔導書風デジパック、そして「勇者」制作のために書き下ろされた、原作者・山田鐘人先生の監修による楽曲用原作小説『奏送』が巻物として付属する。
