2020年11月に髭のOfficial Web Storeおよびライヴ会場限定でリリースされた、髭の2020年アルバム『ZOZQ』(読み: ジーオージーキュー)。驚異の6曲連続先行配信を経て、2年2ヶ月ぶりにリリースされた『ZOZQ』は、オルタナティヴ・ギター・ロックを極めながら、とことんポップでカラフルな髭ワールドが全開となった。コロナ禍における楽曲作りは、バンドによるスタジオでのセッションを一旦ストップし、斉藤祐樹 (Gt.)と須藤寿 (Vo./Gt.)の2人によって制作されたデモ・トラックを他のメンバーがそれぞれ磨き上げる、という手法が採られた。なお、サポートドラムには本作より藤田勇 (MO'SOME TONEBENDER)が参加。髭のあらたなるフェーズの大いなる動力となっている。
