[Machine Translation] Formed in the early 90's at the DJ Bar Inkstick on Shibuya's Koen-dori by a group of friends centered around Hiroshi Yamashita, one of the leading figures of the free soul movement and a prominent figure in the mod scene. After the Brand New Heavies liked their live performance, they had their first recording session at ACID JAZZ Studios in London. After recording a demo of Kenji Ozawa's debut song and participating in a live tour with Cornelius, the group made its CD debut on Trattoria Records, led by Keigo Oyamada. Since then, he has been rocking the floors of clubs and live houses nationwide, mainly in Shibuya and Shimokitazawa, while interacting with various domestic and international scenes and artists such as Lime Star, Koyo Konishi, Crazy Ken Band, Ska Flames, Speech Defect, and Stone Foundation. This is the first full album in a long time from the one-and-only funky instrumental party band, Wack Wack Rhythm Band.

90年代初頭、渋谷公園通りのクラブ DJ Bar Inkstickで、フリーソウルムーヴメントの立役者の一人でありモッズシーンの顔役でもある山下洋を中心に遊び仲間によって結成。来日中のBrand New Heaviesにライブを気に入られた縁でロンドンのACID JAZZスタジオで初レコーディングを経験。小沢健二のデビュー曲デモレコーディングやコーネリアスのライブツアーに参加するなどした後、小山田圭吾率いるトラットリアレコードよりCDデビュー。以来、ライムスター、小西康陽、クレイジーケンバンド、スカフレイムス、Speech Defect、Stone Foundationなど内外の様々なシーン/アーティストと交流しながら、渋谷・下北沢を中心に全国のクラブ/ライブハウスのフロアーを揺らし続けてきたワンアンドオンリーのファンキーインストパーティバンド、ワックワックリズムバンドの久しぶりのフルアルバム。
