This is probably the best sounding CD in my collection. Awesome channel separation, deep bass and an almost 3D effect to the instruments. God bless this Japanese releases.

Like "Coltrane's Sound" title, "My Favorite Things" is another Coltrane album from Atlantic label that grows up in SHM-CD version. Probably it includes the same master used in 2007 "Jazz Heritage Society" series. Most audiophiles believe the SHM-CD sound does justify the replacement but is this case I can affirm this is a better version.
