I still have not received my order as of 9 April 2022 which was originally placed on 27 December 2021!!! Where is it!!! I paid for it in February 2022!!! Covid or the Japanese mailing system cannot still be used as a reason for not receiving my order!!! I am very angry about this!!! You may have advised about the delays or alternative delivery with an extra charge but this is becoming ridiculous!!! This is extremely poor service!!! I should be refunded my money & receive this expensive CD with the extra track for no charge!!! Japanese made import CDs are very expensive to purchase for Australians & this was my first order with your organisation!!! This is extremely disappointing!!! Please provide a response to me!!!
