「GHOST IN THE SHELL / 攻殻機動隊」で世界中のクリエイター達に影響を与えた押井守が初めてTVアニメ全話のシリーズ構成・脚本を手がけたWOWOWオリジナルアニメ「火狩りの王」第2シーズンが1月14日(日)23時より放送開始。第1シーズンのEDテーマ「まだ遠くにいる」に続いて、坂本真綾が再びEDテーマを担当する。『火狩りの王』に坂本真綾はキャストとしても明楽役で出演。作詞・作曲を手がけたのは、80～90年代にかけてシンガーソングライターとして旋風を巻き起こし、現在はニューヨークを拠点にジャズピアニストとして活躍中の大江千里。稀代のメロディメーカーとして、現在でも多くのアーティストからリスペクトを受ける存在で、坂本真綾とはこれが初の顔合わせとなる。C/Wの「Once upon a time」はCoolでJazzyな異色のナンバー。「抱きしめて-LIVE 2024 Ver.-」は1月2日の東京ガーデンシアターで披露されたピアノとウッドベースのアコースティックアレンジによるLIVE Ver.。
