They visit the homes of tax delinquent taxpayers to ascertain their financial situation. She is an employee of the Tax Payment Division of the City Hall, and her job is to pay the delinquent taxes. Sometimes they seize the property and encourage the taxpayer to pay the taxes. In other words, they are "tax collectors"! But their real job is not just to collect taxes! Citizens have a reason why they cannot pay their taxes.... We don't want to be your enemy! We want to be on your side! We want to be on the side of the citizens, and we will find a way to help them. The story thrillingly depicts a tax collector who is close to the "money and hearts" of delinquent taxpayers. And sometimes, they cry and laugh...! A soul-stirring human entertainment drama! The bonus disc includes a making-of featurette. All color booklet enclosed.
