元聖飢魔IIのルーク篁、雷電湯澤、アニメタルのMASAKIが織り成す最強の3ピースバンド"CANTA"の3rdアルバム完成!! タイトルに込められた「NON-HOMOGENIZED」(ノンホモ)とは、もっとも搾りたてに近い、生の音楽をダイレクトにリスナーに届けるという意味。収録曲の内容は、以前会場限定で販売されていたマキシから「tonight3」「悲しき絆創膏」「crying days」の3曲をピックアップ、パワフルかつ叙情的にアレンジし直し、よりCANTAの世界観を強く現す事に成功している。また、新録の7曲に関しては、アップテンポのハードロックあり、10分弱の泪を誘うピアノから始まる大作バラードあり、JAM大橋(元聖飢魔II)からこのレコーディングのためにわざわざ拝借したマンドリンを使用してのブルーグラス系サウンドあり、聖飢魔II時代を思い起こさせるプログレありと、バラエティに富みつつも、統一された世界観を見せる。CANTAとしては3年目といいつつも、大ベテランのメンバーだからこそ成し得る、まさに敵なしのアルバム。

Starry, stylish and skilled, CANTA is always like that. Luke Takamura is really good at songwriting.
This another incredible cd from Canta. There are great songs like Fly, crying days (my favorite songs from this album). On the other hand, there are a couple of songs thar are are just so so. However, it's still worth the money and of course a "must" for any fan of the band. I was addicted to this album until the new one came out, which is also very good.
