「その目、だれの目――」渋谷を舞台にした戦慄の連続不可解事件「ニュージェネレーションの狂気」。ありふれた現実が静かに歪むとき、大いなる妄想が世界を埋め尽くす・・・。5pb.とNitroPlusがタッグを組み2008年春にリリースされ話題となったPCゲーム「ChaoS;HEAd」を原作に2008年10月より放送されているアニメ「カオスヘッド」がDVD化!! 第2巻。監督に石山タカ明(サクラ大戦OVA・おとぎ銃士赤ずきん)、シリーズ構成・脚本に井上敏樹(DEATH NOTE・平成仮面ライダーシリーズ)、キャラクターデザインに島村秀一(のだめカンタービレ・ハチミツとクローバー)を迎え、あのマッドハウスが制作を担当。――引きこもり一歩手前の高校2年生、西條拓巳が住む渋谷では、"ニュージェネレーションの狂気" と呼ばれる不可解な連続殺人事件が発生し、世間を騒がせていた。ある日、いつものようにチャットをしている拓巳の前に、『将軍』と名乗る人物が現れる。彼が発言したURLのリンク先にあったものは次のニュージェネ事件を予言するようなグロ画像。拓巳の平穏な日々に事件の影が忍び寄っていた・・・。 第4話から第6話を収録。
