Description

[Machine Translation] The "Monkey Punch Manga Activity Grand Photo" (Mankatsu), which has been broadcast on WOWOW since July 2004, is now available as a DVD-BOX! The program is a comic variety show for adults, featuring 24 works selected from more than 80 original works by Monkey Punch, the well-known cartoonist known for "Lupin the Third", all animated at once and interwoven with works of various genres. Each episode features a 15-minute "Mini-stage" and a 30-minute "Grand Stage," interspersed with short segments, in a variety of styles to present the Monkey Punch world. This 7-disc collector box set (6 main discs + 1 bonus disc) contains all of the 12 episodes of the show, plus the original DVD box set! The bonus disc will include a new 15-minute episode (original story: "Climbmate") and an interview with Monkey Punch. Of course, the jacket visual is also newly drawn by Monkey Punch.
