1972年デビュー、1973年5月5日に1stアルバム『サディスティック・ミカ・バンド』をリリースしてから今年で50周年。桐島かれんをボーカルに据え再結成した第2期の貴重な映像作品。メンバーは、桐島かれん (Vo)、加藤和彦 (G, Vo)、小原礼 (Ba, Vo)、高橋幸宏 (Dr, Vo)、高中正義 (G)。大ヒット曲「Boys & Girls」を含み1989年にリリースされたアルバム『天晴』とそのアルバムを引っ提げて東京ベイ NKホールで2日間だけ行われた伝説的な1989年4月9日のコンサートを収録。映像はオリジナルの映像マスターに最先端技術でレストアを施し美しく蘇らせ、サウンドもこだわり抜いてアップグレード! 大幅クオリティアップした映像をBlu-ray化。総収録分数、約70分。
