レディー・ガガとスティーヴィー・ワンダーをフィーチャーした第2弾シングル! 「無情の世界」や「ライトを照らせ」の系譜に連なるゴスペルを取り入れたストーンズの叙事詩である「スウィート・サウンズ・オブ・ヘヴン」は、ミック・ジャガーとキース・リチャーズの作で、ロサンゼルスのヘンソン・スタジオ、ロンドンのメトロポリス・スタジオ、バハマのナッソーのサンクチュアリ・スタジオでレコーディングされた。ロサンゼルスでのセッションの最中に、ストーンズはスティーヴィー・ワンダーとレディー・ガガをスタジオに招いて共に作業を行なった。レディー・ガガもスティーヴィー・ワンダーも過去にストーンズとの共演経験がある。レディー・ガガは、2012年の『50&カウンティング・ツアー』の際に、ストーンズのステージに登場した。ガガと共演した「ギミー・シェルター」は、のちに『GRRRライヴ!』に収録された。スティーヴィー・ワンダーは、1972年にストーンズのアメリカ・ツアーで「サティスファクション」のメドレーや「アップタイト」を共に演奏している。日本盤のみ歌詞・対訳付。 ※本商品は金曜販売開始商品のため、商品のお届けは発売日当日以降になります。
