this double MQA -uhq JAPAN REMASTERED 2 CD COPILATION SOUNDS FANTASTIC!!!!this comes in a beautiful original 2 lp replication sleeve as per the original uk edition of this compilation, its great to hear these beautiful songs so crisp and fresh!!!! i have all the moddy blues discs i bought in japan back when i was there in 2009 last in shm parersleeve mini format & they sound fantastic to but this is certainly way up a notch, the packaging is as beautiful as these 2 discs sound!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG OMG OMG !!! This MQA edition is absolutely blowing me away ...I have the 2007 SACD versions of the complete albums which sound great but this is a whole different story...the clarity,detail,soundstage are all just jumping out of the system(Oppo UDP 205 into a pair of Adam S3H's)..vocals fill the room,acoustic guitars sound so'Acoustic',Drums and Bass so tight, and thunderous when appropriate.....wow!! I have been listening to these tracks for 40 years and it feels like the first time!!!
this is my most listened to group. mqa is the best. 10 to 25% better. more defined instruments, mellotron, vocals. clearer more defined sound stage. this album changes the first seven moodies albums sequences. it's a nice change. thanks to all at cdjapan for getting this to me before christman. listened last night. beautiful. to all audiophiles "merry christmas"
