Once again, the Japanese show the rest of us how to do it. This is a beautiful and faithfully CD reissue of a vintage recording from the 50's when Hawaiian music was all the rage. The audio transfer sounds like it is from the master tapes and has beautiful sonic clarity. The cover art is an exact replica of the original complete with glossy cover! The music on this album is fantastic for the vintage Hawaiian music lover! I highly recommend this CD! My only hope is that we see more reissues of classic Hawaiian and Hapa Haole that may otherwise rot away in the vaults. And it would be nice to see them released as non-limited editions so everyone has a chance to purchase this great music!
