2024年に連載開始70周年を迎える手塚治虫作「火の鳥」。手塚プロダクションの全面協力のもと、連弾+ドラム編成のインストバンド・EYRIE (エイリー)が「火の鳥」をテーマに制作する連載70周年記念公式アルバム。今年没後35年にもあたる日本が世界へ誇る国民的漫画家、手塚治虫の代表作「火の鳥」は、自身がライフワークと位置付けた作品で、人間の生と死をテーマに壮大なスケールで繰り広げられるストーリー。EYRIEメンバー全員は、幼少時代から愛読し、その影響を受けて育ってきた。そんな「火の鳥」を再読に再読を重ねた彼らが物語のなかでも特に「音楽で表現したい」と感じた10場面を抽出、そのシーンに当てた楽曲を制作。フィジカル&デジタルジャケット、ブックレットには「火の鳥」のイラストを使用。手塚治虫の長女・手塚るみ子の序文コメントを掲載。 ※本商品は金曜販売開始商品のため、商品のお届けは発売日当日以降になります。
