エレクトリック・バンドがたどり着いた"未来"がここに。巨匠チックが生前リリースに向けて準備していた公式未発表ライヴ・アルバム。2021年2月に急逝した巨匠チック・コリアが"チック・コリア・エレクトリック・バンド"名義で行ったライヴを収録した未発表アルバム。グラミー賞を27回受賞、NEA (アメリカ国立芸術基金)ジャズ・マスターであるチック・コリア率いるエレクトリック・バンドは、1985年に結成され、当時のジャズ/フュージョン・シーンに旋風を巻き起こした。本作は再結成されたオリジナル・エレクトリック・バンドでのライヴ録音で、2016年～2018年のツアーからベスト・テイクをチックがセレクト。ジョン・パティトゥッチ～デイヴ・ウェックル～エリック・マリエンサル～フランク・ギャンバレという鉄壁の布陣で、縦横無尽のダイナミックなパフォーマンスが繰り広げられている。チックが生前リリースに向けて編集していた音源を、レコーディング・エンジニアのバーニー・カーシュとデイヴ・ウェックルが仕上げ、名匠バーニー・グランドマンがマスタリングして完成させた。 ＜パーソネル＞ チック・コリア (p, key), ジョン・パティトゥッチ (b), デイヴ・ウェックル (ds), エリック・マリエンサル (sax), フランク・ギャンバレ (g) 録音年: 2016～2018年、ライヴ録音 ※本商品は金曜販売開始商品のため、商品のお届けは発売日当日以降になります。
