没後20年、日本を代表するシンフォニスト團伊玖磨の6曲の交響曲を集めた唯一の全集。山田耕筰や諸井三郎に学びオペラ「夕鶴」から童謡 (ぞうさん、やぎさんゆうびん、など)まで幅広い音楽を作曲した團伊玖磨 (1924-2001)。1950年NHK創立25周年記念管弦楽曲募集コンクールで特選入賞 (第1位)を受賞した交響曲第1番から、1985年の被爆40周年広島平和コンサートのために作曲された交響曲第6番"HIROSHIMA"まで、團伊玖磨作品の変遷をたどる、完成された6曲の交響曲を集めた唯一の全集。 [演奏] ウィーン交響楽団、アナ・プサール (ソプラノCD4)/赤尾三千子 (能管、篠笛 CD4)、指揮: 團伊玖磨 (第3番-第6番)、山田一雄 (第1番、第2番) 録音: 1988年6月、7月、1989年1月、6月、7月 ウィーン、コンツェルトハウス
