After transferring to Universal Music in 2025, Panda Dragon, one of the most popular idol groups who achieved No.1 on the Oricon weekly music ranking with two CD singles and successfully held two Nippon Budokan concerts, releases their 14th single, the first release of 2026, on CD. This work is a double A-side single including two title tracks, one coupling track, and instrumental versions of each song for a total of six tracks. One of the lead tracks, "IDOL OF POP," is written and composed by Tamaya 2060%, who also worked on Panda Dragon's signature song "PaLIFE! PaLIKE! PaLOUGH! PaLOVE!" It is an uplifting track full of happiness that condenses their sincere desire to aim for the top of pop idols under the concept of "Representing Kawaii." The CD is released in a total of six formats including one regular edition and five member solo editions. Expect Panda Dragon, whose eight-year journey since formation and expectations for the future continue to expand.
