同居人は"もののけ"!? ── かつて、武家屋敷があった場所に建てられたマンションがある。当時の当主 (岸和田景虎)は変わり者で、妖怪の研究をしていた。彼には霊感があり、実際に妖怪を見ることが出来たため、妖怪たちは当主を慕って屋敷に集まり、いつしか住み着くように・・・。けれど見えているのは当主のみ。いつしかそこは、'怪奇現象が起こる屋敷'と恐れられるようになり、当主が亡くなった後は誰も屋敷に住みたがらず、取り壊されてしまった。月日が流れ、その場所に建ったマンションに住みつく妖怪たち。ほとんどの人間はその存在に気が付くことすらないが、ごくまれに見える人もいるという・・・。 【出演】 胡蝶 (CV: 未定)
