前々作からスタートした「駅」シリーズ完結編!! 3部作すべてで一つの大きなドラマのような構成に。「なみだ駅」では好きな男性と母親との間で揺れる女心、「汐風の駅」では男性から離れていく途中の乗換駅での心の葛藤を表現した。そして完結編の「約束の駅」では愛する男性と交わした約束を信じる主人公を通して信じることの大切さ、せつなさをスケール感大きく描く内容となっており、駅を舞台に続いた3曲が大きな一つのドラマのような世界として感じられるような作品に仕上がっている。カップリングとしてブラジル移民100周年イベント関連曲と三重県伊勢関係と計3曲を収録予定。
