約1年8ヶ月ぶりとなる2nd ALBUM。『Emulsification』は、直訳すると"乳化"。水と油のように本来は混ざり合わないものでも、ある触媒を1つ入れることで互いが溶け合う、「安定していないものを安定させるための媒介操作」のことを言う。普段の暮らしの中で抱える"悩みや想い"と音楽を楽しむ"喜び"が共存して、人生が豊かになるような音楽を届けたいという想いを込めた。シングル曲「Gotta Find A Light」「What's Gonna Be?」のほか、EPから「Please Please Please」、日本語歌詞も取り入れマーチングとアフリカンビートを織り交ぜたアップビートな「Keep On Marching」のほか、カップリングツアーを行い親交を深めたLUCKY TAPESのKai Takahashiとの共同アレンジによる「Magic」など、今作でもバンドの多種多様な音楽性を遺憾無く発揮させた13曲を収録。そのほか、踊Foot Worksのギタリスト・Tondenhey(M8)との共同アレンジ曲や、ギタリスト・是永巧一(M7)、キーボーディスト・山本健太(M9・11)、Sax・村上大輔、Trumpet・チャンケン、Trombone・NAPPI(M2・3・5)といったアーティストがレコーディングに参加。
