The story began when I found my late grandfather's still life painting ( Still Life ) in the attic of my mother's piano lesson room where I attended as a child. (The painting is shown on the album cover photo.) Haruka Nakamura traveled around the world and continued to play music. Melody sketches were created during her long journey. She began to record these sketches on a mute piano at home. While decorating her room with still-life paintings of her grandfather and taking Polaroid photographs of her daily life, she made her first long-term piano recordings and completed this album, which has songs that have the same tenderness as the "silence" that drifts in our lives.
