Description

[Machine Translation] [Toho DVD Masterpiece Selection] Beware! A three-dimensional basket-cutter who runs with all his might! --Kiichi ( Keiki Kobayashi ), a bicycle racer, swindles a tobacconist out of a piece of money. Since then, he has been committing fraud and even cheated a detective, Gohei ( Norihei Miki ), out of his money. He goes back and forth between this world and prison, and finally teams up with escaped convict Monta (Hisaya Morishige) to break into a dressmaker's safe... Keiki Kobayashi, Norihei Miki, and Hisaya Morishige of "The President Series" play a genius con man, a good-natured detective, and a thief with a big bluff in this large-scale comedy. Directed by Kajiro Yamamoto, who also served as principal of the Toho Actors Training School.
